JOIN THE STUDY
As a participant in our remote track, your journey begins with a single virtual clinic visit to meet our team, followed by a baseline survey to help us understand your starting health metrics. Throughout the study, you will help us track the impact of shifted meal and prayer schedules by keeping a daily sleep and meal diary before, during, and after Ramadan. This phase of the study concludes with a brief end-of-study follow-up survey.
